Beat Blisters
If you're a runner or a walker, your shoes are an important piece of equipment. Buying the right size walking or running shoe can make all the difference between a smooth workout and a blistery one. Make sure you have no more than a quarter inch of foot movement in your shoe. Wear moisture-wicking sport socks and take care of blisters right when they happen to prevent complications.
