Memorial Day is Monday May 25, 2009, known as the ‘unofficial start of summer.’ While this brings a cheer for some and a sigh of relief for others, it invites the days of school ending, vacations, perhaps flexible work schedules, and more time to go to the gym! It is always great to be a member of the gym in the summertime (and all year for that matter).
