Join us in reaching our goal of $5,000

Saturday’s Lineup:

  • 8:30 am Body Pump w/ the BP Team (1 hr.)
  • 9:30 Step Interval (two 30 min segments)
  • 10:30 Zumba Dance w/M’Lanie (1 hr.) 
  • 11:30 Zumba w/ Juan (1 hr.).

Sunday’s Lineup:

  • 8:00 am Cycle Begins w/August and her Team (2 hrs.)
  • 10:00 Kickboxing (30 min.)
  • 10:30 BodyPump w/ the BP Team (1 hr.)
  • 11:45 Zumba w/ Juan to close it out!!!

Participants may join for one hour, or the entire 4 plus hours in each day. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate and work out at their own pace.This is a fun event, not a competition or race – we are working out to raise money because WE CAN!

There is NO fund-raising minimum but we are asking for a $10.00 donation by all participants not collecting sponsorship monies.
