Kettlebell Interval Training at Golds Gym Fitness Center Middletown

Kettlebell training is now available at Golds Gym Personal Training center. The following is an example of training done to workout muse interval training music.

  1. This session alternates through the following exercises:Heavy Kettlebell Snatches (switching at the halfway mark)
  2. Double Kettlebell Front Squats
  3. Heavy Kettlebell Swings
  4. Double Kettlebell Push Presses
