This is an advanced workout that takes 20 total minutes.

30 seconds on and 30 seconds off for each movement:

  1. Split Stance Band Reach and Row
  2. Vertical Jumps
  3. Side-to-Side Push-up
  4. TRX Single-Leg Squats
  5. Offset Loaded Front Pillar
